US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - $5 ticketing fee question

I want to book a one-way youth fare ticket from DCA to BOS. I do not believe this fare (127.80 for the 9pm on 9/19) is available on the website. According to the ticketing agent they can not waive the $5 fee. I know AA is waiving it for certain fares such as bereavement which also can not be booked on-line. Any ideas on how to avoid the fee will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

The cheapest fare I can find is $156 on DL and it is on a Barbie Jet. My advice is to book it and not worry about the $5.00 fee. Sometimes you just can't cut your nose off to spite the rules. If $133 is the cheapest fare you can find then just book it and don't worry about how bad this policy is.

I have to agree with l4pi. It stinks that you have to pay $5 when there is no other way to get the fare, but you really don't have any other options. Even with the $5, this fare is still the cheapest, so I would just go ahead and book it.

Pay the fee. You're still making out better than anywhere else.
