Hi All.
I will be flying Frontier for the first time next week (Kansas City-Denver-San Francisco). Any tips on joining the program, what airline/hotel partners they have, promotions, etc? Honestly, I don't think I'll be flying Frontier a lot, but no reason to let a flight go to waste. :)
Thanks!

Be sure to enroll online in EarlyReturns for 1500 miles to get you started. If you are elite level with anyone else, you will get a guaranteed comp to Ascent level (first tier) by simply requesting it. With luck you'll be on the airbus and not a 737.

Okay I signed up. :) How do I let them know I'm elite on AA? Do I have to call somebody or do I do it when I check in for my flight?
Thanks!

email them your info and your recent other program statement to quickascent@flyfrontier.com.

I emailed Frontier to get the comp Ascent level 1.5 weeks ago. I took my first flight today, and my boarding passes did not reflect status. I did, however, have my email showing that I had been "accepted to Ascent" and got the headphones comped, but not the pre-boarding.
Keep the lag in mind.
And don't fax, email your statement.

I emailed a screen shot of my AA e-statement. Emailed it over the weekend, got a reply on Monday that it had been processed.
Will keep you posted on the headphones and other stuff...

When I enrolled, only 500 bonus miles posted for signing up. I asked them about it, and their reply was...
The 1500 bonus miles, for enrolling online, expired 09/01/04. The online enrollment is now 500 miles, which has posted to your account. I apologize for the misunderstanding.

yes, I got the same response about the sign up bonus. 500 miles... sheesh.

Just a followup on how long the Quickascent takes: it took 13 days for the Ascent to be posted to my account so that it read on my boarding pass.
