US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - Is Virtually There Eticket Receipt Down

I had several tickets issued today, and received the email confirmations with ticket numbers. However, when I use the US Virtually There View Itinerary (http://www.usairways.com/travel/view_itinerary.htm) it shows no ticket has been issued when I select the receipt option. I figured a glitch with one itinerary, but two? Either that, or they actually email out the ticket receipts before the issue process is fully done, which doesn't seem like it is so since the emails have the ticket numbers.

It must be down. My ticket was issued 2 days ago and it's still not showing. I thought it was just me.

It was not working all day yesterday for me for both revenue and award tickets.

I did not see a tech support email or form or phone on Virtually There. The problem with writing or calling "US Airways web support," is that they never know (at least on the front line) what the nature of the technical issue is, or an estimated time of fix. This is probably because they contract out the support, and it is probably Sabre that manages Virtually There as opposed to US IT, EDS, etc. Although who knows, the problem might be in the interface between US and Sabre. One test might be to say try to pull up an American Airlines or travel agency other airline eticket receipt to see if the problem is isolated to US tickets or system wide with Virtually There? I now have three tickets where it doesn't work. It would be nice if they put a "system down" message on the pages.

Technically it is all EDS. Sabre outsourced operations to EDS. EDS transitioned the employees in the center in TUL. I get the feeling the only people in US who know anything about the website are a few developers. Operationally, everything is outsourced.
