I am trying to re-issue my Hurricane Frances ticket online to avoid the new fee, but nor my ticket number or credit card pick up the "credit voucher" so I can apply it to a new itin.

Anyone run into this problem?

Also, I am trying to do a CAE-IAD non-stop UA codeshare, but I can't even get that to come up as one of the choices for a regular itin.

I have friends who buy US tix on UA all of the time, can you not do the reverse?

The online system cannot recognize US travel vouchers. Also even if you had a nonrefundable ticket needing a standard reissue, I don't think the programmer has set up the web site to waive the $100 fee in a weather reissue. You will either have to call or go to a ticketing location. Be sure to cancel your ticket on the day of scheduled departure, or apparently, it goes in to some kind of unusable status that is more difficult to reverse now than in the past. No way to yet do what you want online. The online reissue cannot handle many other situations too like negotiated Gold File reissues, etc. I don't think it can even do a simple reward reissue either. I have never run in to a situation even as CP where I could use the online exchange feature, have had to always call or go to a ticketing location.
