SAS EuroBonus - Can I call SK regarding a JK reservation?

During the summer I made a reservation on Spanair flying down to Tenerife using the promotional prices they had for business class trips which was discussed here. The reservation was made on the Spanair web.
Today I received an email from Spanair regarding a change in my reservation, it seems that the flight I was taking from TFN to MAD on the return has been cancelled, and they have placed me on a later flight which will get me to MAD after my flight to ARN has already departed. There is also an earlier flight TFN - MAD which would obviously be a much nicer choice.
Now my question is, is it possible to call SK and ask them to do the change in the iteniary, or will I have to call Spanair directly? I would obviously prefer to call SK and be able to speak Swedish with the phone agent rather than calling a number in Spain. I have previously made seating arrangements for another Spanair trip through the SK phone customer service, so I know that much is possible at least.

I had the same situaation with one of my discounted flights on JK. A quick call to SK and it was fixed with me rebooked on IB in full /C/.

I will, I just wanted to know what to expect. Since it worked for Koru Flyer, then I at least know they can do it even if they might be reluctant to.
Thanks to both of you for your answers.

I did call SK and made the change. The phone agent was a bit reluctant, but managed to do the change anyway. Now the flights look correct on checkmytrip.com, but there is no longer a ticket number listed. Prior to the change there was information stating that it was an e-ticket and the ticket number was listed as well. Should I be worried that the reservation may be messed up?
I have also made a complete change of dates for another reservation which was booked in the same way, and in that case it still has a ticket number but it has changed from e-ticket to manual ticket. I think the manual ticket thing is because I need to get to a ticket office and pay the change fee.

Should point out that the helpful SK agent then instructed me to go to the airport - not a biggun, always fun to have a new task on the a bit too often flights these days. But I needed to get the SK airport agent to print out a ticket from a eticket to get it sticked to IB. After alot of typing and so many bits of cardboard coming out of the machine (she could only get the first segment to print, until she worked out to make each segment it's own ticket!) she finally got it.
Then off to IB and no problems.
But just to point out that you will need some type of stickering from one carrier to the other as that may have been missed. The booking is fine but they need the ticket to get paid!

This has happened to me as well on an SK/KF-itinerary when one of my initial outbound flights was cancelled and I had to call the EB service center to rebook. The new flights were showing up on checkmytrip.com, but as you described, the e-ticket number disappeared. To be sure I called EB again and the agent confirmed that the ticket has indeed been issued and everything is fine. This seems to be some sort of glitch in their system or at Amadeus when rebooking.
Oh, BTW, this change also prevented me from checking in online the previous day, which took the SK internet support personnel 25 minutes to find out. With me on hold the whole time. Caused me to miss the lovely exit row seat on the A321... Bummer.
