Earlier this summer I transported a Supersucker from Tigard, Oregon to New Berlin, Wisconsin. I took IH94 across North Dakota. During the summer that is about as good as it gets, flat terrain so I did not get slowed down by any grades and except for the last four or so miles (Fargo) I was able to legally do 75mph.
In this trip I saw Beach, New Salem, Steele and spent a night in Valley City.
On a previous trip in the summer of 2003 I stayed a night in Dickinson (I was pulling a trailer full of freight back then) and saw the capitol in Bismarck and saw a frontier town in Jamestown.
Anyone from North Dakota or does anyone else have any experiences with North Dakota?
