Anyone know if VZW will have a good Palm operating system Smartphones?

I’m thinking of buying one, but I do not like the current Treo and was wondering if anyone knows if VZW might get a new Palm phone?

Thanks

The Treo seems to be your only option. What don't you like about the current Treo?

How about the design and it’s a bit bulky to be honest…

I liked the Kyocera but then the guys at VZW store told me its not that great, because customers have always been having problems with it and battery life isn’t the best… I liked the Samsung i600, but then it uses Windows Mobile O/s… Someone told me the i600 with Sprint uses Palm? Is it true, if so can I get it to work on Vzw?

And the only option is the Treo, I tried it out in the store, but just not liking it… :(

And I hate to carry a Plam and a cell around all the time.... But it would be nice if I can get a second phone with Palm.....

Just as a backup for Att....

Sprint's version is called the i500 (running Palm OS), which is what I have, and have been very happy with.. They're supposed to also come out with the i600 I've heard, though, just like Verizon's Windows one.

I think your chances of getting it unlocked and working with VZW is slim to none, though.

I prefer Windows Mobile PDA to Palm based. Plus, you have better functionality with Office documents.

I use an O2 XDAII on T-Mobile and love it.
