A 54 year old Californian flying AMS-MSP last Thursday told fellow pax that he had a bomb in his bag. The aircraft was evacuated and the Californian arrested. KLM will sue him for costs incurred.

When I read the topic subject matter, I was CERTAIN that KLM was suing Steve Fenton for his FT posts!!!

Knowing KLM, they will certainly miss all court deadlines, so the passenger has probadly nothing to fear, beside several mails that his FD enrollment has been unsuccessful, because of missing data... :rolleyes:

They would have to find me first !!!! :cool: and then how can you sue someone for speaking the truth ??? :D best of all they would have to hire someone who knows what they are doing :p
