Travel Technology - Need help, am taking my xbox to pal region

i asked this question on a xbox modding forum, but it didn't really help, since this is a traveling forum i might have a better chance at getting a good answer.
i need a voltage converter, 240v to 120v. which one would you recommend, the 50 watt converter or 1600 watts converter or something else, i have only seen the 50 & 1600 watts ones. isn't 1600 watts too much watts and 50 watts too little. thanks
i think the xbox is between 100 to 200 watts.

I would be surprised if the xbox power supply didn't automatically switch voltages.
