Already posted in OMNI a few hours back. Isn't this more an OMNI topic than a Newstand topic since it has nothing to do directly with news related to travel?

Remember in 2002 when attackers held 750 hostages in a theatre. Russian troops stormed the theatre and killed 90 hostages, while letting some of the attackers escape.
