Starwood Preferred Guest - Is Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort a Cat 3 or 4?

It's listed on the website as a cat 4, but in the recent e-mail that I received about cash + points opportunities, it was listed as a cat 3. I know it was bumped up at the beginning of this year. Has it been bumped back down?
