JAL messed up an important shipment, they split the cargo in two and left the biggest part grounded at the origin for over a week…
Right now the balance is finally on transit, but I foresee a long dispute with JAL to negotiate some kind of compensation.
My freight forwarder is working on this, but I wonder if some fellow FTer knows somebody with ascendancy over JAL cargo department in Japan that might help to smooth things over.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
