"Bitte beachten Sie, dass Sie nur Ihre persönliche, gültige und aktuelle Miles & More Kartennummer für die Umwandlung Ihrer PAYBACK Punkte angeben dürfen. Anderenfalls werden Ihre PAYBACK Punkte automatisch auf Ihr Punktekonto zurückgebucht."

That means:

Lufthansa did not only make PAYBACK to stop transferring PUNKTE between their accounts,

but also transferring PUNKTE to other peoples MILES&MORE accounts.

Conclusion: Seems like if Lufthansa has stopped all possibilies of selling miles including the PAYBACK thing...

Or does anybody have an idea?

hi friends,

what about those 2x miles in august if you use at least 3 partners - as stated on the M&M site? There is no info on the payback site! anyone getting them? i got 5x during the promotion week, but back to normal these days.

In my opinion the payback site is very cautious around with the miles. One has to follow every transation closely, very tirying! :td:

I bought some things a herrenausstatter.de and mexx.com and never get the promised points (3 P per 1 EUR). I called them several times, but the points never show up in my payback account. I have given it up now and probably will not buy to collect points.

By the way, to me, it seems better to get the points in EUR (100 P = 1 EUR) than in miles. In my eyes, this is a better deal (if you live in Germany or have an German bank account).

well, ebay was a much better deal , cause you did get about 2 EUR per 100 points...
it all depends for what you can use your miles for: if you end up dumping them on buch.de for .3 cent a mile, dont change payback points into miles. If you have to book some Y,C.... tickets (cause you need to go somewhere on a weekday and return the next day.. or upgradable fares or like to travel to odd destinations like Lebanon or Eritrea where there is never any sale) you can definitively get more of your miles than 1 cent per mile..
Since Aug. 1st it ist clear that M&M doesnt really care about people who buy mostly cheap leasure fares that are competitive with LCCs anyway...

Opodo is 300 per booking. I made my hotelbookings last week for the rest of this year on Opodo and Expdia and each booking earned me 1500 Opodo / 1250 Expedia points.
Those points will be however blocked until I really paied my stay at the hotel otherwise they will cancel the points according to the cancelled bookings.

I never had problems not getting points with Payback. If you shop online you only need to make sure that you connect to the partnershop via the Payback website.

1.) I am ordering my books at buch.de and the mile transfer is quick and prompt nearly after you hve paid the bill.

Rate is 1 EURO ==> 1 Lufthansa miles (you need no transfer through PAYBACK)

Not related to books but to all PAYBACK POINTS
2.) PAYBACK points:
can be transferred to your personal miles and more account not only in 1.500 point increments but in every amount you want, e.g. 1502 point, 2288 points or whatever you need.

Looking today in my Payback Account was a shook! :(
During the Olympia Promotion you did get at www.otto.de 1500 points per transaction. So I decided to buy several times at www.otto.de and everything seemed to be O.K. because one day later I got all the points for each transaction. Not a bad value. Buying stuff between 1,29€ - 3€ and getting 1500 Points (=1500 Miles). So I did quite alot transactions and no problem so far. I was quite happy getting so many miles. :p
Because you are allowed to give back your purchased products within 14 days without any consequence the points are blocked until the transaction is completly fullfilled.
But today they just took away my Payback Points!!!
As you can imagine I did not hesitate to call the Payback Hotline.
The Payback Hotline told me to call the Otto Hotline.
The normal Otto Hotline gave me a phone number for the Otto Internet Service.
The Otto Internet Serive told me to call Payback because they manage the points and in her Internet Service Hotline Guideline ist written that all complaints for not getting points etc. has to be transferred to the Payback Hotline.
So I gave the Payback Hotline another try... This time I did get a nice person who told me that she privately herself has the same problem and will transfer me directly to the people in charge for the Paypack Shops. There I told the story again and after a while with the wonderful music on the phone somebody told me that I will get my points. Due to the fact, that alot of people have done this trick, they reduced the possibility to get points at www.otto.de to three transactions a month.

But as I bought the stuff before the restriction applied, I will get the points within the next two weeks.
Hopefully they will keep their promise...

The points didn´t show up till now and so I called today Payback. First, I was surprised that I was not able to find the telephone number of Payback on the internet site but I remembered that it was written on my card. (Serviceline 01805105111 - pro minute 0,12 €) Calling the number was not very useful because you do not have the choice to get somebody to speak to. By trying out all possibilities I managed to get the following number as service hotline: 0190 510 500 with costs of 0,62 € per minute. :td: After being transfered from one person to the other I was speaking to somebody in charge of the Payback online shops. He was very rude. Nearly shouting at me that Payback only manages the points and is not responsible for complaints. He said Otto is responsible and than suddenly he finished the phone call with out any comment. By the way, they have a profile of every memeber in the computer in front of them, and they do know everything... After this very unfriendly phone call I phoned up Otto and they conneceted me to the legal department of Otto. A person very friendly told me that Otto and Payback do not have any contract yet. Payback is in charge of everything and tries to convince Otto to make a contract and everything is in a test phase. Does anybody have similiar experiences with Payback? I do not mind not getting some Points/Miles but it is the way how I was treated. If companies promise points/miles they do have to keep their promise. I am considering to bring the case to court. Does anybody have some ideas which law has to be used in this case? Gesetz gegen unlauteren Wettbewerb, Kartellgesetz, Preisangabenverordnung? I do not have a clue! Any suggestions what to do?

Anyway, DON´T TRUST PAYBACK and be careful with every transaction you make. Be aware all the time that your points/miles at Payback can be taken away without a reason!!!!!!!!!

Welcome to "Service-Wüste Deutschland", the real low-level-consumer-world ... This is how in Germany customers are used to be treated...

Payback uses the normal Zanox (www.zanox.de) Affiliate programs.
For example: You get different commissions from opodo. The amount depends on what you sell (flight, lastminute travels, rental car ect.). So what Payback does is they give you a part of the commission in Payback points.

So Otto is not the one to blame. They are not in the position to credit your points.
Some idiot a Payback came up with this promotion and did not waste any time to think it through. S*** like that I experience very single day in my job. The good thing about your complaints is that he/she might get his/her a** kicked.

Using companies mistakes to get some miles is okay for me if it goes though. But on the other hand if it does not: That’s it, it was worth a try. All the nonsense about taking it to court: Yes, this is an issue our courts should waste time with.
If you honest it is only about your hurt feelings. I also hate it, if I think I made a smart move and it does not work out ;) .

Just to make it clear you are right and Payback is wrong. But how far should one take it.

Regarding the comment from W Nippert: Service-Wüste-Deutschland what a bull**** customers are so highly protected by the law. Companies even have to pay for customers stupidity see the Fernabsatzgesetzt. We get 2 years of Gewehrleistung. Now take the low prices we pay for most products compeered the similar countries and than rethink it again. How does it woke in the Ukraine or in the US  ?

The only problem in Germany is the friendliness. It is mostly how you say it, not what you say (see treatment Winglet got when he called Payback). This is because lots of people have the feeling the have to work to much for to little money. This makes them unfriendly when they have to serve. On the other hand the German customer can be pretty unfriendly as well. He/She expects friendliness when he/she spends his/her hard earned money. Expecting a standard from others which you can not reach yourself does not woke out.

Write a nice letter with your problem and how you would like to get it solved. Send it to the official payback address and ask them to contact you if they have any questions.

Calling up makes no sense. A letter always has to be answered and is documenting the screw up somebody at payback made.

The only problem in Germany is the friendliness.

Sorry to reply that late - having been away - , but I just have to:

It´s not about consumer protection, it is about ATTITUDE, not (only) friendliness. Simply a mentality thing. To give you the message: Take for example road construction:

Germany: Big sign: "We are building a new Autobahn FOR YOU" ("WIR bauen für SIE")
UK: Sign "Road construction ahead. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused to you".
Ukraine: Just road works done. No sign.

In Germany a customer is on many occasions made to feel guilty or to feel sorry. They even don´t bother to give you (psychologically) some "good feeling". When the original poster complained about missing points, it would have been right to give him the feeling that the problem (1) has been recognized and (2) that SOMEONE is sorting it out (Otto togehter with Payback) - and actually arranging for a solution . That hasn´t been done, and they prooved that neither of them is able to do it...

Well, here we go. It's my turn to bang the Payback drum, having taking a long time to get my interest whetted. Actually, it looks interesting for those of us based in Germany. However, how reliable is it? I just booked a flight on Opodo by clicking through the link in the Payback shop. How long do the points take to credit?

Once I had added on the Pauschal and the postal fee for the ticket, it came to EUR8 more than booking directly with the carrier.

There's a couple of things I haven't quite grasped about PAYBACK. It took me a while to actually get into it, and find out how it works in the basic sense. For example, I discovered the other day, while in Dänisches Bettenlager looking to buy a new bed, that they are actually a parther!

Do the points actually expire at some point, like Miles & More miles?

Having inputed my Miles & More number in the profile, does that mean that PAYBACK points are automatically converted into miles?

Are miles the best things to convert PAYBACK points into, or do their other awards give better value in terms of points redemption?

Hey there Concerto,

mmh..if you're German-speaking...pretty much all your questioned are answered on www.payback.de

click on "partners" to see where and how you can earn points...and a good idea might also be to sign up for their newsletter, as they send you coupons and news about any new partners.

points expire after 3 years. by entering your m&m number, your points shouldn't automatically get converted. you have the option of sighing up for the "automatic conversion" where they convert your points twice a year (march&september i believe), if you have a minimum of 1000 payback points. the other option is to just do it yourself, whenever you want :D

i think miles are your best bet. since you can no longer sell payback points on ebay, just get miles...

hope i was able to help!
cheers,
sunny

100 bonus points were offered for Neutrogena hand cream bought in DM pharmacies recently (quite useful in this cold weather). Having printed the Gutschein, I gave it to the lady at the Kasse, and she scanned it. The 3 points for the hand cream credited, but not the 100 bonus points. How does one chase these missing points with Payback?

Aha.. so does it really take so much time for all the Gutschein promotions, most of which I download and print from here? The lady scanned it as she would scan the barcode on a product you are buying. So it must have worked somehow. And so far the whole system seems to work pretty well.

Every payback-customer recieves these sheets. But the amount of extra points are targeted especially for real and obi. The less often you shop at a store, the more points they offer you. But the vouchers can be used by anyone, as long as he/she didn't use already the same one with the same barcode.

be careful, not many Lindner apotheken are giving payback points at this time.
why the heck isn't EXTRA a payback member yet? Extra is the smaller version of real (both Metro owned store chains), but while real is usually only good for those car owning people who do big weekend shopping at the autobahn mall, young urban professionals who maybe dont have a car but rather fly on Lufthansa and walk to the neighborhood store cannot get any points. Extra is losing so much business cause people prefer to go to Lidl, Aldi, Plus and all those ****ty cheap-o stores - even though they usually have the same prices (at least on the TIP products - there is a 50 point coupon for buying tip products when you login to your payback account .- valid until today).
People just believe they are cheaper jsut because they are discounters. There would be so many people who wouldnt even consider going to discounters if they could get more miles/points at Extra (and maybe also their private franchisers comet stores).

Metro is planning to sell off Extra asap and exit the discounter business. All the extras that make economic sense have been converted to real markets (both the extras in my county/landkreis :) ) If there is an extra near you, soon it will be gone or converted into a real.

urgh.. i had 3 extras in walking distance... 2 have been sold and are now comet franchised. the largest one still exists as extra. I thought they were just trying to get rid of the smaller extra stores (selling them or converting them to real Getränkecenter... ) and keep the larger ones... Well, I hope it will become Real, then...
Oh, i was especially mad, when i saw, that extra has a new "point collecting scheme" - total bull****, like for 1000 euro spent you get a set of free wine glasses...

okay, there was another thread about this but it was closed due to the discussion wandering towards the topic of financing German television system.
As I noticed people are even gonna sell the info on ebay for 1 cent a mile, I believe we should enter the codes for each day (26.-29th of may) here in this thread. As I read in one ebay "pay me for watching pro7" auction, you can enter the codes on www.payback.de , so no need to send sms to expensive numbers. So if we manage to get all the codes here, it would be a free 3600 (max 900 per day) points/miles for everyone (who is not too scared of GEZ, but what the heck, if they call, just tell them you got the points from flyertalk anyway and you dont have a tv...

oh, anyone knows if you can earn twice with the number and the card number of the second card, you were supposed to give to a friend/family member?

OliverLHfan
May 26, 05, 1:00 am
They say you have to send the SMS each time. At the end of the promotion you get an SMS from them showing how many points you have collected and a code. This is the code you have to enter at the payback homepage.

Remember: When the points show up you have only 10 minutes to send the SMS!

This is the "official german version" :D :

Nach Aktionsende erhalten Sie eine SMS mit der Summe Ihrer gesammelten Punkte und Ihrem persönlichen Gewinncode. Damit holen Sie sich Ihre Punkte bis spätestens 30.06.05 ganz einfach hier auf www.payback.de ab.

Two 3-digit numbers per TV program: Pro7 Payback Days TV programs (http://www.payback.de/pb/popup.start.action,32492,32478,?parea=TopContent)

U have to send a SMS (Has to be a German provider + sender has to be in Germany!) to 77777 (max. 0,49 EUR/SMS)......At the first time, U get an acknowledgment of receipt by 77777.

Today 05/26/05:1.) 175
2.) 125

According to payback newsletter: 900 points/miles max. per day, but today only 300 !
Four Pro7 Payback days.......max. 3.600 points/miles......but due to today...... ONLY max 3.000 possible! (900-300 = 600.....3.600-600 = 3.000)

Remember: When the points show up you have only 10 minutes to send the SMS!

oh, anyone knows if you can earn twice with the number and the card number of the second card, you were supposed to give to a friend/family member?
I tried it with my second mobile phone contract, but, unfortunately, I got an error SMS from 77777!
It´s confusing, because 77777 shouldn´t know that the second mobile no. is mine, too!

My poor German tells me that the book price is fixed, is that right?

Why it is not possible to get °P points for Amazon book orders? Does it have anything to do with above? I know you can't get Payback points for buying books e.g. in Galeria Kaufhof. Is this the same case?

And if yes - how come you can get LH miles for ordering books from buch.de / bol.de ?

I guess the difference is that you can transform payback points directly into cash, which means the book is sold about 0.5-1% (don't know exactly) cheaper than somewhere else. This is not possible w/ LH miles though.

The prices of books in Germany are fixed, the publishers have the right, to set the prices. They are allowed to set specials prices for certain subscriptions, paperbacks, special editions. They are not allowed to give a discount to distributors and customers (exceptions are only books with certain damage, so called “angestoßen”) and especially not to big distributors who buy a big number of the same books (to protect the (small) book stores.

Payback can give the discount in money, so you are able to get some cents of the original prices, if you decided to change the Payback Points in Cash (possible a 1000 P or above). This would give you a discount of the original fixed price of the book and therefore is not allowed. Btw., Kaufhof etc. is not allowed to give you Payback Points for buying books, see the fineprint on the coupons and in the general terms and conditions of Payback.

In contrast Miles and More International is allowed to give you miles for books bought at Bol.de and buch.de, because you get miles, which you could not changes in cash. Therefore you did not get a discount (in money) of the original price of the book.

It is only a small difference but it is.

The interpretation of law is difficult in this points and several jurist interpret the law, that also not miles for books are allowed.

My apologies if this has been posted before. Must be pretty new, though, because the charge was not there when I made my last booking a few days ago.

When you access the Germanwings website through one of its affiliate partners like payback they now charge you 10 EUR!

Time for a little math lesson, I think: 250 miles through Germanwings cost you 10 EUR, so 2000 miles (8 bookings) cost 80 EUR. When BUYING the miles from Lufthansa directly one would have to pay only 60 EUR for 2000 miles. How stupid do they think are we?

Hi,
where did you find this "new rule"?

I made a test booking just now to see what happenes -
but there is no additional charge for payback ??

That really bad, I always booked through zanox. That gave me 5 Euro "discount" on every booking, i.e. 10 Euro when you book your roundtrip in two bookings. Now they charge here 10 Euros per booking extra :-(

Let's hope it will work at least with hlx for some time...

maybe your "zanox" charges some money -
but payback did not at the moment (or maybe I'm blind now??)

why not tell us where this obscure website is?

After choosing a flight, you can see the "Buchungszuschlag" under the taxes and surchages. Look here: http://www.pictureupload.de/pictures/060306171803_zuschlag.jpg

http://www.zanox.de/ ist somehow similar as payback, IMHO only better.

It is hidden pretty well. When you access the site through Payback 10 EUR "Buchungszuschlag" will be added to the price. After reaching the third step of the booking process there is a small link on the left titled "Unsere Entgeltordnung für Extras". It leads to the following page:

https://www10.germanwings.com/de/meta_abb.html#1349

And that's where it says (among other things)

"AIF - Buchungszuschlag, der erhoben und gesondert zu dem angegebenen Flugpreis ausgewiesen wird bei der Vermittlung einer Internetbuchung durch einen Affiliate-Partner. - € 10.00 pro Buchung"

A380-SQ

You're probably not alone. And that's how they get along with it. People have become used to the fact that taxes and fees are added after a flight has been selected. Few will discover that the "Buchungszuschlag" is added on top of those charges. It just jumped to my eye because I had checked the price before on the Germanwings page and then re-entered through Payback to get the points. All of a sudden the total was 10 EUR more and I started to look for the reason.

hey
you (and payback as well) will receive 6 euro now through zanox with the new system (adding 10 euro to the price). Maybe payback will add some miles and it will be 300 soon.
I took germanwings off my zanox site, because i don't want my costumers to pay extra for nothing.

Aral wird Partner von Payback

Ab 2. Mai an Aral Tankstellen: Punkte sammeln fürs Tanken, Waschen und Shoppen - Aral steigt als Partner in Deutschlands größtes Bonusprogramm ein - Bereits 30 Mio. Karten in Kundenhand

€, 250 Mitarbeiter) betrieben.

yes, it's cheaper but give it the same points (= miles)?
with payback visa you'll get 1 point for 4 € spent only -
but the m&m visa gives you 1 mile for every 1 € spent
(and save your miles - and you can get welcome miles)

I actually am currently based in Germany for about 1 1/2 months. I applied recently for the Payback card, but will only receive the real card in a few more weeks. I tried using the card at the Aral tank station, but they could not enter the membership number which I got online. As far as I know, this is not possible.

However, you might think about applying for another payback account at a shop. Forms (with plastic card attached) should be available at any shop of a payback partner

I don't have a physical card
(and the mailed statements don't show the first 6 digits!)
Okay - if you try to earn or convert points they show you everytime:
your card # (16 digits) = 308 342 (6 digits) + customer # (10 digits)
please have a look here: earn @ another shop (http://img224.imageshack.us/img224/9360/grog2vx6.jpg) or convert @ Vodafone (http://img262.imageshack.us/img262/4239/grog1zb4.jpg)

My Payback points get automatically converted into M&M miles twice per year. How can one 'undo' that feature? I have enough miles and it is useful to have some points available on other programmes, including hotel programmes which I never convert to miles.

Perhaps it is not possible to stop the automatic conversion, because I have a Payback card with the Lufthansa logo on it.

You can convert your Payback points into miles whenever you want
(if there is a minimum of 1,000 points): go to "Spend" ("Einlösen").

Umwandlung nach Bedarf
Mehr Flexibilität für Sie:
Ab 1.000 gesammelten PAYBACK Punkten können Sie, wann
immer Sie wollen, eine Umwandlung in Prämienmeilen veranlassen.

You can change this when ever you want. Just log in to your account via miles and more-> earn miles -> payback -> Meilenabo. Then there is the possibility to stop this Meilenabo.

It is not possible to stop this Meilenabo by loging in on your payback account via www.payback! Only via miles-and-more!

Just would like to inform you about a real but time-limited enhancement (!) of the German Payback programme.

This week you can earn fivefold points. Means that you earn for every Euro spent e.g. at Kaufhauf you get FIVE Payback points.

These can later on be transferred to your M&M account on a regular basis (two times per year) or upon request. So one Euro spent at Kaufhof will give five LH miles which can be redeemed for awards (but no status miles).

Kind of promotion: Untargeted
Kind of card: Every payback Card
Period: 08.-14. October, 2007
Items: Nearly all items, except (according to German law): Books, cigarettes.
Registration: Not necessary, just catch a "5-fold" button at the info desk of a participating shop and show it at the cashiers desk with your Payback Card. Works also when paying with Credit Cards !

Link: (German only)
http://www.payback-service.de/5fach_punkten/?kampid=2

"Viel Spaß beim Sammeln und Punkten!"

Hope this helps.

So, what can be bought at Kaufhof for cash which can later be flogged without loss on ebay ?

Alternatively, what happens if you buy with cash and collect the points only to return it later for a refund ? Do you get to keep the points?

So, what can be bought at Kaufhof for cash which can later be flogged without loss on ebay ?

Alternatively, what happens if you buy with cash and collect the points only to return it later for a refund ? Do you get to keep the points?

According to the participating rule (German only):
"Die Partnergutschrift erfolgt partnerindividuell, 2 bis 6 Wochen nach Aktionsende."

Points will be added 2 until 6 weeks after the end of the promotion. The exact date varies from participating partner to partner.

So I meant you can buy there any article with you may otherwise have bought at another market or maybe some weeks later. So you get those miles for buying some things some weeks earlier.

Wanted to give you only the hint to that promotion ! To buy things and to sell it at ebay maybe not the right manner because 5 points per Euro mean a rebate of estimated 5 to 10% according to the rate you assume for a Payback point.

But for people who are regularly customer to Kaufhof, dm, real and so on maybe its useful to buy some things a bit earlier....

If you have a lot of time to spare, why not give it a try:

- Take your Payback-Card to Real or Kaufhof
- Ask people that wait in line and that do now have an own card if they would be willing to have your card swiped through
- take your card and go back into the line, asking other people again

With the Points x 5 Promo it should be possible to have about 2000€ on your card in half a day, thus 10.000 miles.

But you have to be quite convincing, I guess :D

It takes about 2-3 weeks for the 10x points to be credited to your Payback account. They initially give you the points for the purchase only and on your "quittung" ít will state "10 fache punkte coupon". Hope this helps...Have never had a problem with dm.

Maybe there is a limit on some promos. However, I got 448 additional points (112 Euro purchase) from dm with the 5 times coupons in Nov 2007. (Usually I shop for around 50 Euros and I've never hit any limit regarding the 5 times vouchers in the last 2 years.)

I only go to dm if I have 5x or 10x points coupons...Get them online from payback or in the mail, also from payback. Have never in my years of shopping at dm seen/heard of a limit on any € amounts purchased with coupons. The only Payback members that I know of that have limits are:

1. WMF 50 or 100 € in purchases for thier 5x and 10x coupons.
2. Linda Apotheke where you need to buy 25 € in order to receive 250 points extra, in addition to the points of your purchase.
3. Real, they sometimes have coupons, the more you spend you get extra points.

There may be others, don't really do alot with Payback except purchases with dm, Linda, Real and Galeria. In the last 2-3 years have received about 50,000 points/miles from purchases with coupons.
And only buy what I really need.

Hope this helps...

Can I still exchange Payback points to LH M & M Miles?
I can see the M & M logo on the Payback website, but no link/hint how to get (1,000) M & M Miles for (1,000) Payback point. Is it gone?

Thanks.

Just would like to inform you that PAYBACK/Galeria Kaufhof has a nice and untargeted promotion. :D

Very simple and easy: You get now 10-fold-PAYBACK points for your purchase, except media/technics and the usual no newspaper, no cigarettes policy.

Seems to be nice if someone is missing some points and wants to make a purchase:

Original message found on www.payback.de:

"Jetzt bei Galeria Kaufhof!

Bis 31.05. erhalten Sie 10fache

Punkte* auf Ihren Online-Einkauf!

*ausgenommen sind Waren der Technikabteilung"

Have fun collecting Payback Miles and then changing it to LH Miles & More miles.

Hope this helps....

Hi everybody,

did anybody ever get the 15x amount of points into his/her account for the Olympic Games special (GOLDFACH PUNKTEN)??

I am waiting for about 75.000 points (had www.expedia.de click&mix for 2000 Points twice plus a couple of other online offers) and not heard anything yet....

Need to get these points transfered to miles for an upcoming trip I want to do in Business class

Do the online partners qualify as well or just the OFFICIAL PARTNERS..???

That's probably the reason. Expedia is not an "Official Partner". They are just an "Aktions-Partner". I tried to find some further details here Official Goldfach Rules (https://www.payback.de/pb/id/88490/index.html) but they only talk about Payback Partners and don't say anything about "Official" or "Aktions" Partner.

To answer your question. My points for "real" where posted on September 19th.

I certainly hope that they are considered partners since in my account all expedia points are always listed by name under partners. Others like conrad.de are listed as "PAYBACK ONLINESHOP" on the account / points statement......

Just thinking about my (smaller) amount of goldfach Punkte.

As Payback prints the good old-paper :) statements only every 3 months I have no notice about the "Goldfach Punkte".

Last statements (when I remember correct) were mid Feb, mid June, ==> therefore the next one will be mid October.

Will post it here when the statement has reached me. :-:

Just to remember: The 15fold Payback points were due to the "late start" of the German Olympic team only valid for the last days of that promotion.

Hope this helps and will post the statement arrival this or next week.

Just log into your online Payback-account (only Date of Birth + ZIP-Code required), there you will see what you have earned.

It was a really successful promo for me as I earned over 3K points...

@sultanbinaber: Thanks for the hint.

@captainiglo: Just checked that some minutes ago.

It seems that all goldfach Punkte have arrived ^ on my account. Sorry that I haven't written every (small) purchase at Kaufhof and similar but it looks like that they have calculated them in the right way. :D

Were less than 3 K points but I am convinced that this goldfach Punkte were a great idea. To theirs advantage some items I wouldn't have bought there, to my advantage I made kind of "Hamsterkauf" for non perishable items like toothpaste, shampoo and similars....

Hi,

could anyone tell me how long it takes for your payback points to show up on your m&m account?
I need mine converted into miles asap and was wondering if it was likely to happen within the next 1-2 weeks if I transfered them today.
Cheers!
