From May 2005, new A320s will begin replacing Freedom's B737.
Air New Zealand [Including Freedom] have 17 B737 aircraft with 5 scheduled to leave the fleet.
NZ are scheduled to get
ZK-OJH Airbus A320-232 10.04 [Star Alliance Livery]
ZK-OJI Airbus A320-232 1.05
Freedom Air have 5 B737.
5 [Freedom]+ 7 [NZ Current] + 2 [NZ Future] is 14.
That leaves an A320 unallocated.
