Other Car Rental Programs/Partners (ie. Alamo, Enterprise, Sixt) - Alamo Site Is Having Issues (I think)

Has anyone else noticed that discount codes aren't working? Neither are logins.
Also, it is showing a much higher price on a reservation than when I booked it. (I called Alamo and they had the correct price in their system).
I too have noticed issues with their site. It just went through an upgrade and the biggest difference I see is that you can no longer pull your existing reservations from a list as you could before with your alamo.com membership. I haven't checked the rates on my existing reservations, but I certainly will now. Thanks for the heads-up!

Yeah, what a pain in the butt. It used to be so user friendly.
An update to what I wrote earlier...
I e-mailed customer service about the loss of the reservation list feature and this was their response:
"We are in the process of upgrading our system. at this moment itineraries is
unavailable. We hope to have this service available to you again before the
end of the year.
Until then, clicking the orange "existing reservations" in the top-right
corner of the page will allow you to review your reservation. You will need
to provide your reservation number, last name and pick up date. This
information may be found in your reservations confirmation email. If you do
not have this information, you may call our reservations department at (800)
462-5266."
That's nice, but in the meantime I have no idea what reservations I have already made and now get to backtrack through my e-mail confirmations and review what I have. Not a big deal, but not helpful either.
Also, check your rates on existing reservations. Some were close to the original quote, some were way off, but none matched my original quotes.

And I can't find a way to update CC information. I emailed their tech support people a week ago and have yet to receive a repsonse other than the immediate canned "we got your email" response.
Well, it's four days later and it's still broken. In fact, I can't make a reservation at all. Guess I have to shop elsewhere!

I had similar problems until I allowed the alamo.com site to place cookies on my system. Then, it all worked again.
Apparently, National just moved Alamo.com onto their web system, and now you need to activate cookies in your browser or it won't work. At all. Period.
Good luck. Best Regards - Rob
