Its official. HP will stop its 1x daily HP express flight (Mesa Air) to Monterrey, MX. I think the last day will be Oct. 31. A couple of months ago they threatened to pull out of MTY if the route did not become profitable. I guess they could not make it work. Meanwhile, the other Mexico flights are apparently doing well. They are adding new flights later in the fall to from SAN, OAK, LAS to their beach resort cities.
