Maybe I'm having a run of bad luck, but I've never been able to get HP's website to display a first class seat map when booking a flight online. Is this a common problem?

Maybe I'm having a run of bad luck, but I've never been able to get HP's website to display a first class seat map when booking a flight online. Is this a common problem?
When the F seat map doesn't show, it usually means that the seats are sold out. Otherwise, the map should appear.
With the introduction of the lower F fares, you'll be seeing more filled up F cabins especially on the short intra-southwest flights.
