America West FlightFund (Discontinued Program) - Lounge use at LAS

I am aware that AWA and NW have reciprocal longe arrangements in certain areas. Would a First class ticket on NW allow me access to the AWA lounge in Vegas? I am not a member of worldperks, just a KLM PE on another show slog to Nevada.

America West Club can be used by those travelling on PAID first-class fares on America West.

The 'reciprocal' priveleges with Northwest apply only with purchase of a Standard Membership with America West Club.
