US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - When do buckets start going below 7?

Just curious - flying out next week Sept 3rd on the 8:35 pm PHL-CDG (after arriving from PVD)

ITN.net is showing
C7 D7 Z7 Y7 B7 M7 Q7 H7 V7 W0 T0 S0 L0

However if you go as far as the "pick a seat" there are only 2 seats showing as available in coach. (Premium at that).

At what point will the Y (and other pricey coach) buckets actually start showing less than 7? Or would that even be expected?

(Fortunately I'm in Envoy for first time - looks like a really packed flight).

It will go below 7 when it reaches the point that they're willing to sell less than 7 seats in a bucket. For instance, when they're only willing to sell 5 more seats in the buckets, it'll drop to 5. Using seatmaps to judge a flight isn't really accurate. A lot of times they'll hold part of the seatmap from view. Especially exit rows etc.
