It was mandatory this morning that all pax had to use the KIOSK to check in, even if you know you have issues that need to be resolved by an agent. Now this is not exactly a Delta smart-kiosk that can perform miracles such as rebooking you on an earlier or later flight. This is more of a NW kiosk that has long lines of frustrated pax staring at it because it 1) can't find your reservation without BOTH your PNR and destination airport code; 2) doesn't do elite upgrades; and 3) doesn't do paid companion upgrades.
