Hertz - FRA fleet w/SatNav -- no midrange option?

I admit it. I'm just a believer in GPS. Especially in countries I'm not familiar with.
So I'm booking a car in Frankfurt...and there's the Focus C-Max with GPS, and it's not too bad on price -- but it's a C-Max (for those in the US, the C-Max is a more upright, PT Cruiser-like Focus). And neither of us of small.
But it seems like the jump in costs is from the C-Max (about 550 Euro per week) to almost 1400 Euro per week for an E240 Mercedes with GPS (the manual transmission, no GPS E240 is less than 600 Euro/week).
There doesn't appear to be anything in that gap, of, say, 1000 Euro/week. Would calling unveil anything that's not on the website?

Hi sllevin,
my girlfriend currently has a Ford C-Max with GPS long-term from Hertz for work. She says that the seating position is in fact pretty high, but that handling is really ok. Before that she had a Peugeot 307 station wagon (don't know if this comes eqipped with GPS at all) that made wide turns only.
I really don't know if there's something "in between" the Ford C-Max and the Mercedes. But why not try a Volkswagen Golf, Audi, Mercedes C class or something like that? They're usually pretty nice too. Or would that be too small for you? The C-Max is rather big, but if you need the space it certainly has plenty thereof.

Did search as well as thumbed thru a few threads to no avail re topic.
I had driven in Germany, but never dopped-off car at Hertz locations (T1 and T2 according to Hertz web site) at FRA. I will be driving from Munich to FRA on a week-day and return the car before boarding my flight (with a somewhat tight but manageable schedule). A bit concern about how easy it is to negotiate the driving near and around FRA. And, where is closest gas station on way to drop-location (near or at FRA airport). The concern derived from last year's bad experience at CDG where I drove around for an extra 20 minutes near the airport before finding the drop-off location. Do not want to repeat that again!
I have used mappy and viamichelin for directions (as well as google-earth). But since T1 and T2 have no actually map searchable addresses, the resultant direction is not precise.
Your help is appreciated. Thanks

The Hertz location at FRA is at Terminal 1 (T1). As you get to the aiport, follow the signs to T1, and you'll see the signs for the car return ('rent-a-car'). They will lead you to the parking garage, and Hertz is in the basement (U1). There is a gas station close by the terminal area (and there are signs to direct you to the station as you approach the terminal), or you can fill up on the Autobahn before getting to the airport. If you're coming from Munich you'll likely be on the Autobahn A5, and can fill up at the "Graefenhausen" autobahn gas station (about 10miles south of the airport).

There is indeed cars inbetween the C-Max and a Mercedes E-Class. If you book a Mercedes C-Class / 3-Series BMW / Audi A4 you will get a Navigation system when you request the "Hertz Neverlost" on the web-site (altough it won't be a that, since the Hertz Neverlost only exists in the US). You can also take a chance - most othe C-Class / 3-Series / A4 will actually have a Navigation system anyway, and you can always ask for one at the counter. I had reserved a MB-C when renting at FRA a couple of weeks ago and got a Volvo S80 with Navigation System. Cheers, Raoul
