Do we know if we can book stays in the US from the US, as long as we book on the German website? Or should we wait to see if it appears over here?

Can you do a rough translation of the page, please? Do we have to register for this promo using the form on that page, or is that for something else? Any other T&C except for using hilton.de to book?

Tried to get my favorite Hampton Inns, but it seems their search engine only turns up Hiltons. My German isn't good enough to figure out if that's a restriction, these are the only hotels participating, or I just don't know enough about the website to look further.

Regarding it being available for German residents only, a number of Hilton promos in the past have had restrictions like that, but folks have successfully registered and got the points anyhow. For 30K, might be worth a try.

I booked 4 stays on www.hilton.de (I have a German address in my profile). All stays were in Hilton hotels in the UK. The points posted automatically.

(The first 2,000 points were added directly into the points for the stay. I bit strange - but I don't care as long as the points are there.)

It didn't work at first in my case. I got 2,000 points, then nothing for the next stays. When I called, they first gave me the standard "you have to wait until the promotion period is over" answer. I called back and someone else added the points manually... :cool:
