Hilton HHonors - Triple point rate?

I'm staying at a Embassy Suites in Deerfield, IL north of Chicago I book through a corp site and picked one that said triple point rate which was basically the same as the rest of the rates? The guys at the front desk confirmed it was triple base hhonors points. One guy said he knew there were some others that have these rates as well. Anyone know about how to find hotels in an area your heading to that might have these rates???

Hilton posts double/triple point promos on their website on occasion, but most of the time, it's trial and error. I found a double point promo at the Hilton Silver Spring (MD) where the double point rate was the same price as the best available rate ($89/night in early January). For double points, I'll forego the AAA discount. ;)

Also remember that the promo points will post as a bonus, and don't count towards elite status for those who qualify via base points.
