I want to book 2 rooms for a night. Two adults in one room and three young adults in the other room

The website allows for booking two rooms but only allows for a maximum of four adults.

What is the procedure around this limitation?

Book two rooms separately and have the confirmations linked... ?

Phone and possibly not get the best internet rate?

Your advice would be appreciated.

I would think that you could just book the two rooms. I don't think they really look at how many people the reservation is for until you actually get to the Hotel.

To be sure, you could always leave a description of the issue in the comments.

I never, ever, change the default from 1 adult, no matter how many people are going to be in the room. I've never had any question raised, and I've never had a problem getting more than 1 breakfast cert. I've also never tried to get more than 4 people into 1 room.

The legend for the number of guests reads "Guests per room". So for your situation I'd probably enter 2 rooms/3 adults. You could experiment and see if the rate changes depending on 2 adults/3 adults. I expect that it's $10-15 higher for the third adult.
