YVR Cockroach Aug 12, 04, 11:26 am I imagine you've seen this (http://www.city.toronto.on.ca/ttc/service_to_airport.htm). I'd say take the 1st appropriate bus that comes along (192 or 58A). Both will have bus to a subway line that takes you into town. Be sure to have warm clothing. ozflier Aug 12, 04, 3:22 pm I had not and this is just what I need. Thanks Arthurrs Aug 12, 04, 7:01 pm Here's (http://www.torontoairportexpress.com/) an alternative means of transportation to downtown Toronto. Though if you really want to maximize your time, you may want to consider spending the money and taking a taxi directly to where you want to go. blackjack-21 Aug 15, 04, 9:43 pm ozflier, Be sure to give yourself plenty of time to get back to the airport and check in then go through security for your continuing journey. If you're trying to get back to YYZ during the rush hour on a weekday, you may be stuck in very slow moving traffic on the way back. The airport bus (mentioned by Arthurrs) to downtown is a convenient way to go, if you don't want a limo or cab, as it drops you at the Royal York Hotel, which is within easy walking distance to major shopping or restaurant areas. But allow extra time for the return trip to the airport, no matter how you get downtown!!!! Enjoy Toronto. bj-21. Hotrod Sep 19, 04, 11:23 am I suggest that you take the aiport shuttle, which will get you into downtown in about 40 minutes. The have special deals on RT tickets which is worth every cent. |
