American Express Membership Rewards - Did I Mess Up All Chances Of Getting A Centurion Card

Last year I was invited (or whatever) by AMEX to get the Centurion Card. I said no, and that my family was happy with our platinum cards. I now think I do want to go ahead and get the card. This year, we have charged over $300k by July to our Plat. cards (the pay-per-month charge cards). We haven't ever been delinquent in a monthly payment. We have been members since '80 (with the exception of my daughter who got her Platinum last march). How do I go about getting the Centurion card now? Will they call back at the end of the year to offer it again or am I going to be forced to call that Indian call center and try to explain my situation?
Also, if the Centurion card fee $1000/per card or is it for the main cardholder with smaller fees for the other two cards on my account?

The main card is $2500/yr for new cardholders. I believe that additional cardholders pay the same fee.
The Business Centurion card is 2500 for the primary and 1500 for each supplemental card. I would imagine that standard Centurion is the same.

Thx. So should I just call AMEX up to get it or will they call me again?

Yes, If you charged over $150K in the past twelve months you can get the Centurion Card. Its $2500 for the primary card. and $1000 for each additional card. I found out that there is no limit to the amount of additional Centurion Cards.

Don't be shy, give them a call! I am sure they would be happy to give an invite to a customer in such good standing as yourself. ^

Just call Platinum, tell them you have reconsidered you Centurion offer and have misplaced the phone number--they will connect you. Criteria is:
12 months with Amex
Paid on time
150K+ in last 12 months
good credit in general
The invite is not all that relevant really, the only downside to having turned it down is that the rates have gone up to 2500.
