LatinPass/GlobalPass - Credit card ticket purchase

Hi-

I wanted to check if all the South/Central American airlines allow you to purchase tickets on their website or by phone using a credit card. Do you know if any have an extra surcharge for credit card purchases?

I learnt that some European and Asian airlines are charging a 1% surcharge for customers who use credit cards to purchase their ticket.
