Hertz - Need help with rates-Miami 8/19-8/23

I have been trying to use some of the great codes everyone has listed but I can't seem to get a good rate for these dates (Good being less than $66/day). I am would like to get a coverable, if any one can help I would really appreciate it.

Well, just so you'll not think you're being ignored here, I don't think anyone could come up rates for convertibles that can help you.

I tried Hertz, got the same rates you were seeing, tried Alamo, no go for convertibles. I tried National, which PERSISTED in telling me MIA was not a vlaid pick-up or drop-off station...BTW, I also tried PHL, which I personally know is a valid National site. Same message; guess they're out of order.

Sorry, but I/we tried, got nowhere. Best of luck, though, and for sure, welcome to FlyerTalk!!

The Orbitz Matrix thingy is showing National with the best (of the majors) for convertibles at $57/day for those dates. You may be able to do better with discount codes etc.

If you need to stick with Hertz, check back often to the "Sun & Ski" part listed under Special Offers. Sometimes there is a discount on convertibles. I just checked there and there is a convertible offer of $50 weekend day/$270 a week but it is only good at AZ and TX locations.
