Hertz - TPA - Upgrade experiences? Any G35s?

Looking likely that I'll be in the Tampa are for the next few months. What are the upgrade chances like for a 5 Star?

Has anyone got an Infiniti there?

I don't know how much help this will be, as I've only been there twice. But with an intermediate booked both time with NeverLost, the first time I got upgraded to a Ford Taurus, the next trip I got a Volvo S80. (I liked THAT one so much, I bought one!)

I really don't know about the Infinitis or others, sorry. But it is a limited experience. Hope it helps a little.

I booked an F with neverlost. Hopefully I'll get lucky and they'll have to give me something from the prestige collection.

Also, whatever happened to the ridiculously cheap rates in Florida? I used to be able to get a premium for $36/day after the AAA discount for pretty much all of 2003 except during the December holidays. A premium is now pricing out at around $60/day.

Tampa is consistently the worst location I ever go to, they have no real Gold service there and upgrades can be a challenge to say the least.
