Frontier Airlines EarlyReturns - How to use expired voucher?

Got $400 in travel vouchers that I let expire due to a mixup.

I'm only a week past the date. Any ideas what to do?

No jokes about shredders or lining bird cages, please. :-)

Try calling 800-265-5505. Used to be that if you call during business hours you could talk to a customer service specialist. They could be quite generous. That was a few years ago, however, when F9 was a smaller airline and they weren't losing $$. Not sure how things are today. Would be interested to hear your experience.

If you haven't called yet, you may want to have a flight that you plan to reserve ready, and mention that you plan to use it right away. They're probably more likely to restore it if they know it's not going to sit around unused for another year...

I would definately call them and explain the situation.. I've never had any problems with F9, especially when you're elite..
