Just call and ask lifestyle to add you to the list. Be warned that you'll also get at least 2 or 3 emails a weeks with Madonna/Manchester United hospitality package offers and other delights :p .

At least it was a communication ;) , first email I have received from Centurion, in fact I think the first from Amex (member since '78).

Not much on offer, will take the 10% off the bill at Harvey Nics 5th Floor when we next dine there though :)

I think you've misunderstood - that's the full-fare economy price, buying this will get you an upgrade to business class.

Checked that out after I got the email, they don't list BRS but they do have CWL, all a bit strange as BRS is a lot busier than CWL. Looks like I won't be using the service !

Having been reassured that the diaries email had been setup 3 months ago still nothing.

Have they just given up on this or should I chase again!

Do you need to request the email from Centurion, or should you get it automatically?

I have never had emails with any sort of offers or updates from them, other than booking confirmations etc, so they have my email address.

Is this email diary for US Centurion, cause i have not receive anything before,

Its just a UK thing I think, recived the January update but not on the mass mail out. Why is this so hard to setup!!!
