maxing out a rtw and have 3400 miles left, need an ex SIN SQ destination around or as close to 1700 miles. Cant be HKG as thats the finish line for my RTW

No problem - I just happened to have a list handy (for looking at PPS credits). FYI BlondeBomber has kindly hosted a spreadsheet with *A routes mileage (from timetable) which includes carrier codes (not including codeshares) so very easy to look this kind of thing up.
