I was wondering if anyone has much info on these? I have done a quick search and come up with some information on Circle Pacific fares, but I was thinking of something like LHR/JNB/HKG/LHR (with additional side trips).

Does anyone have any experience of these? Are there, like with the xONEx fares, different proces for starting/buying in different countries?

Any thoughts or pointers would be appreciated.

Thanks.

That would be a GLOBAL EXPLORER fare. It's mileage based and is not tied into going RTW. Price wise , it's the same as a 4 Continent fare. Yes it'll be cheaper in some places but remember, you have to add all the stops in to come to your mileage.

I don't think that is a GLOBAL EXPLORER Fare.

The LHR-JNB-HKG-LHR = oneworld Circle Trip Explorer

No Travel to the USA is allowed.

Whereas Global Explorer = RTW fare but different to the XONEX fare, it is mileage restricted. Don't know why people bothered with this Global Explorer fare as it is usually the same price as the XONEX fare
