Starwood Preferred Guest - Showing properties on map?

When I'm traveling to an unfamiliar location, it's good to be able to see where the various *wood hotels are relative to my location. Hilton.com and Marriott.com both allow you to plot their hotels on a map, which I think is very convenient (and beneficial). When I look for *wood hotels, though, I often have to take out a map, or look at mapblast on another screen, to determine which property is more ideally situated.
Or am I just ignorant and that there is actually a way to get map plots on spg.com? And, do others share my frustration over this, or is it just me???

I was just wishing for this the other day myself. There was no city map locater indicating all Starwoods in a particular city, that I could find.

Perhaps Mr. Lurker could enquire on behalf of those of us who are, so to speak, geographically challenged -- The map feature that was on the old Starwood website was was a great search tool ...

I sent it to the web gurus. I have no idea if it will become reality or not.

Thanks -- I am confident the so called "gurus" will find a place for this request on their project list -- but I won't cancel my National Geographic subscription just yet...
Thanks Again,
