Hertz - Great experience at MIA.

When I arrived in Miami Tuesday, I flagged down the Hertz bus. I was the only person onboard, and the driver asked the usual "Are you Gold, whats your name" questions. After he was done he said "Are you in a hurry?". I said "well, kinda...why do you ask"? He then said that if I wanted, he would skip all the other stops and take me straight to the cars since things were light. I said "Sure!" and off we went. On the way I thanked him for being so kind. He replied "Well, your the customer and we want to keep you happy. If you stop renting, I'm out of a job!". To top it off, he looked up my stall number on his handheld device and dropped my IN FRONT OF MY CAR. ^

Now THATS service. Thanks Hertz!

Did you get his name? Maybe an email to Hertz praising him would be in order. The thing I like about Hertz is the driver's name is displayed on the bus, so you don't have to do anything like staring hard and close at a FA's chest in order to be able to read it.

Although, I'd not get TOO specific, just in case he was bending the rules a little...wouldn't want to get anyone in trouble!

Thats what I was thinking. They might have stops that they must make.
