My wife will be traveling a couple of weeks ahead of me from Atlanta to Taiwan, connecting through LAX. The ATL-LAX leg is via Delta. Neither one of us has ever been to LAX, we always used to go through SFO. I want to make sure my wife (not a seasoned traveler) knows how to get from terminal 5 to the international terminal. She'll have about 2 hours to make it. Can she walk there? The map shows what looks like some connecting bridges through parking garages. Any tips would be appreciated! Thanks.-Tim

She can go down to the arrivals level (IIRC) and catch the courtesy interterminal bus that will bring her from T5 to/near TBIT via T6, 7, 1, 2 & 3, OR turn left when she exits the terminal (on ground level), walk pass T4, turn right at the end and then to TBIT.

If she can comfortably walk with her bags it should be no problem there is a sidewalk just take a left when she walks out the door and walk past the AA terminal #4 then the sidewalk curves to the Big International Terminal. The terminals are not that long that it would take a long time to walk past #4 and the terminals are right beside one another it should ony take minutes. Walking in Atlanta is longer :D .
