The t&c of second offer mentions non-refundable but doesnt state no airpoints so I'd assume discount economy airpoints and status credits would be earned.

Although it does say "Other special conditions apply" which is an out clause I guess, normally if non mileage fare this is spelled out.

The second offer is only from the mainland (plus WLG).
