Just checked in for tomorrow's flight (24 hours out). Wasn't upgraded to first even though ITN is showing first as completely empty. What happened?

Just checked in for tomorrow's flight (24 hours out). Wasn't upgraded to first even though ITN is showing first as completely empty. What happened?
Flight is 1281 IAD-CLT.
Interesting...possibilities:
- Upgrade didn't process properly/ wasn't seen as requested.
- E bucket is zeroed out.
Give them a call and ask!

This happens sometimes. Your best bet is to call and, if you don't get a plausable answer, try to check in early in person tomorrow.

This flight continues on to JAX (thru flight), so that may have something to do with it as well.
