US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - Is 5 Weeks the Norm for Credit for a UA Codeshare Flight?

Hello US FTers,
I failed to get credit for a mid-May flight on a UA regional jet from PSC (Pasco, WA) to DEN. I sent in a letter with boarding pass and the ticket receipt to US Dividend Miles Service Center (as per US website directions). It took just over 6 weeks for the flight credit to appear, I was wondering if this was the norm for getting credit for UA codeshare flights.
Also the UA RJ (Skywest) ticket agent in PSC evidently did not check me in on the flight. I had a message on my cell phone from the client's travel person (client was paying for my ticket) when I got to DEN asking if I had made my flight.
Cheers,

Every time I've flown on a mainline UA flight---20+ segments so far this year---all have posted in my US DM account within 2-3 days.
I had a problem similar to yours with SkyWest, however; in mid-May I flew standby on a United Express/SkyWest flight from PDX to LAX and the credit just showed up last week on my US statement. Initially I thought the gate agent had forgotten to put my US DM number onto my new standby boarding pass, but this must not have been the case since the miles eventually posted automatically. (I would have sent in the original BP but lost it).
The two other SkyWest segments I've been on (confirmed flights, not standby) posted within the 3-day window.
Was your PSC-DEN segment standby, by any chance? I have a feeling that may be the reason why your miles took so long to be credited.

For me in most cases the miles/segements on the UA flights show up in my DM account quicker than my U miles/segments

I have had no problems with UA flights posting. Usually within a couple days.

FWIW, I had a SkyWest UA codeshare flight a month ago that I successfully stood by on (earlier flight) and it posted just as quickly as the UA flights usually do, even with the gate reader inoperable when boarding,

I think Pasco might be messed up.
I flew PSC - SEA on UA a while ago, and it took weeks for the credit to show on my Dividend Miles account.
Last month I flew Skywest LAS - FAT - SFO and it was credited to Dividend Miles within 2 days.

Mrs. Junkie flew on UA mainline metal CLT-ORD-SAT over a week ago, on a ticket that was purchased on the USAIRWAYS.COM website. No miles have posted yet. Will we have to send in paperwork for this or are these posting very slowly?

One thing I'd like to point out, and it's been discussed before here, is when you are flying UA but would like US miles make sure that your US Dividend Miles number is clearly printed on your UA boarding pass.
If it is not, ask for a new boarding pass. If they say "oh but it's in the system" tell them that I told you that they are lying and that you'd like a new boarding pass with it printed.
Ask your wife (edited to say wife) if it was on his boarding pass. If it wasn't, I'd go ahead and mail it in.

I know I looked, but it wasn't on there. However, there was a huge line at the gate agent desk in CLT due to delays on the incoming flight, so I didn't have a chance to ask the agent for her. I'll ask her to give them to me to mail in, as well as double checking that on the return flight.
Still strange, though, since I booked it at USAirways.com, why wouldn't it be on the boarding pass?

I flew mainline UA SFO-ORD-PHL. The SFO-ORD leg posted but the ORD-PHL did not. My US number was on the boarding ticket as well. Sent in and still waiting since late May. :(
