Other European Frequent Flyer Programs - partners with iceland air?--ways to convert points?

I see Amtrak is a partner with iceland air.

can you transfer iceland air points to amtrak?

Wife has about 4100 never used iceland air points (miles) but the flights we used to take are the ones they dont give miles for now. OK, fine, but since we will never use them, would they be convertable to anything like Amtrak?

if not, like my old points, she will let them expire! gasp!

thank you. I had seen some of this but figured there could have been some other interesting FT-like tricks or tips. Either way, it looks as though not much can be done with the few points we have, but thank you for your post.
