I don't think any airline will sell $4000 worth of miles at one time. The only legit way to do it might be through AA - that is, buying about 2000 boxes of cereal in a way to get their maximum 200,000 miles in one year.

Virtually any other way to "buy" that many miles is against the T&C of most (if not all) of the airlines.
