I'm not too familiar with the CX terminal at JFK so any help would be greatly appreciated. I've only ever seen the ISMs talk to OW Emeralds in Economy. I saw a brawny male with a CX Gold luggage tag on his hand-carry being greeted by the ISM when I was travelling business class HKG-SIN though.
