I got this email also. I joined the HawaiianMiles program and then called to make the reservations for the award stay. The ticket agent and her supervisor knew nothing about this offer. So I called SPG.com and they didn't know anything about it either. I'm hesitant to transfer the *points until I'm sure it will only take 25,000 for the round trip ticket. It says to either book online or call Hawaiian, so I'm assuming it's not only an online thing.

Edited to add: I finally spoke with someone in the Hawaiian Air Marketing Dept. who does know of this promotion. She said they aren't quite sure how they will be entering it into the system, but the 25,000 miles for a round trip (from the West Coast) is real. Woo - hoo. For once I qualify for one of these great deals. Unfortunately, they had only one award ticket available for the leg from HNL to OGG, so we'll have to pay $86 for one ticket. And this is in November! Better call soon if you're interested.

1. Is this offer still available when transfering Startpoints on Phone w/ Startwood Customer Care? Or we have to use spg.com and transfer online?

2. When will we see the e-certificate on MyHawaiianMiles page? After the transfer is complete or immediately after the transfer is requested?

Thanks.

1. You can use either method to transfer to Hawaiian Air. Remember that domestic airline transfers can take up to 14 days, provided there are no problems.

2. That would be a question for Hawaiian Air.
