Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - AsiaMiles Needed

I suppose this should be in CC but I've never seen an AsiaMiles-related posting there.

Is anyone here willing and able to trade 45K AsiaMiles (to be used for a JFK-DUB RT upgrade on EI) for 50K AA miles or 2 AA VIPs?

There isn't really an exchange rate for Asia Miles and AA Miles/VIP, so I doubt anyone would respond saying yes. Don't be disappointed.

Due to the complexity of requesting an award on Asiamiles, it's hard on the Asiamiles member. But it can be done. And I've done it before personally for a few FT members. Though the exchange 'rate' isn't equal.

It depends also on when the person wants to travel. One would require at least ONE month's notice! And from what I heard, you only get about 40" legroom on Business on EI!
