Starwood Preferred Guest - SPG Booking engine

I am trying to book a family holiday at the Argarve Sheraton in Faro Portugal for next June and the SPG site shows No Availability. Does this mean that the hotel is really full or is it that I cannot book so far in advance??

I suggest you to call the hotel directly for check.
Five days ago I need to book an hotel in Salzburg, but on site there is
not aviable .... calling I booked a room at the same price on the site.
Call....or try later.

But, the hotel has to enter their rate plans as available and give us inventory.
