Travel Technology - AC seat power on BA in F?

We are flying CAI-LHR-SYD on BA (BA154 and BA15) in F and then SYD-HNL on QF (QF003) in D in a few days, and I have one of those new Sony Vaio notebooks that draws too much power so it can't run on conventional DC seat power. But I have read about AC power being introduced on selected flights so thought I'd ask if I'd be lucky enough to find a flight with AC seat power.
