San Diego's biggest party, Street Scene (http://street-scene.com/), takes place downtown the weekend of August 27-28. They are selling two day passes for $55.
The lineup includes Foo Fighters, Jack Johnson, Ben Harper, Social Distortion, Ludacris and dozens more. This is the 20th year, and it is always a great time. ^

It looks like they are going for an even younger audience this year, as has been the trend now since 2001. And it's back to two days, Friday and Saturday, both all ages. It's always fun, and really cheap as these things go, $65 for both days.
It might be worth checking out, even if it will be more or less a sea of backwards baseball hats awash in beer. :)
