Hi, I am going to use a Virgin Atlantic Flying Club Reward Voucher. The voucher is in US dollars and I am planning to use it in Canada.
Upon calling the reservation line, it seems none of the agent has any idea what that voucher is. They keep asking for a "IT #" or a "PC #", but my voucher has a RACV number on it. The voucher has billing information on it with "2644 2432 9995, Virgin Atlantic Airw Ltd Flying Club Purchase Ledger".
Do any of you know if my voucher will be accepted at Toronto Airport, Canada. When I look through all the terms and stuffs, it doesn't say that it can only be used in a certain place.
