California - Disneyland Resort 1-day pass

Any suggestions on a good deal to purchase a 1-day resort pass? We will be passing through Orange county in mid-August (probably mid-week) and want to take the kiddies to see Disneyland, and if time permits, the new theme park. I'm a member of AAA.

There aren't a lot of deals to be had on Disney tickets. They control them pretty strictly. It's not like Six Flags or Knotts Berry Farm where they are always offering discount coupons and deals for residents (Disney does offer Cal residents discounted tickets but only in the off-season). If you have a friend who lives in L.A. who has a Silver Pass they can get you in for free
