Im stepping out and asking? Call me a glutton for punishment but I'm curious?
Im am an avid FlyerTalk reader and the question is what do you expect from a Frequent Stay Program? I read all the forums so I see it all, Bad and Good on all the Hotel Programs...
And ALL Hotel Chains have GREAT properties and not so good properties, Thats a given.......
Every program is about capacity and revenue.....It "IS" a business!
No one can expect something for nothing!
